Before scheduling your complimentary pre-inspection, here are a few things you need to know.
Bentley Financial Services is happy to offer you a pre-inspection of your vehicle, free of charge, before your lease concludes – this is an important step that can help you avoid excess wear charges.
Before your lease is up, you will be contacted by a lease-end representative to assist with scheduling an appointment at the time and location that is most convenient for you – this could be at your home, office, or at an authorized Bentley dealer.
Once your pre-inspection is completed, Bentley Financial Services will contact you with any estimated lease-end charges, including excess wear and excess mileage charges. Detailed pre-inspection results with damage descriptions and photo images will be available for your review at AutoVIN. To access the inspection results, enter your inspection ID or account number, and the last eight digits of your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
Before returning your vehicle, we recommend making any necessary repairs with an authorized Bentley dealer to avoid excess wear charges. Keep all repair orders and receipts pertaining to lease-end repairs and fax them to 1-866-586-0985 before your expected vehicle return date.

Contact any Bentley dealer to schedule the return of your vehicle. A final vehicle inspection will take place at the dealership by our third-party inspection company, typically within a few days of vehicle return. You will be responsible for any excess wear and excess mileage charges as per the terms of your lease agreement.
Following the return of your vehicle, you will receive your lease-end statement in the mail detailing any charges incurred for excess wear, excess mileage, vehicle disposition, and any other applicable amounts due. If the optional Bentley lease-end protection was purchased, any applicable coverage will be reflected on your final invoice.
NOTE: If you purchased any optional protection products and believe you have a claim, please check with your coverage provider prior to returning the vehicle.
